From the first time we spoke( which was an hour) it was before I even listed my house for sale. After 6 months and many texts which were always immediately responded to. I felt like I was dealing with family. ( the ones you want to see not the holiday side!) I would recommend Stephanie and her company to anyone that is looking for a mortgage professional that is courteous and thorough. She made the process seemless.

It was truly a pleasure to work with Matt at Mid-Island. From the first conversation we had with him, he was very responsive and thorough. He went above and beyond to help us understand our financial situation and best options. He even took the time to talk with us late in the evenings when issues did arise. Stephanie was super helpful in the entire loan process from start to finish. Her excellent knowledge of all situations helped us prepare for the barrage of paperwork that was coming. We were referred to Matt a year ago as we began our search to relocate after 24 years in our first home. Needless to say we were far removed from understanding the mortgage process. Matt was fantastic in first educating us, then getting the full picture of what we hoped to do and then finding a package to do it.
