I was a first time home buyer and Thomas made my home buying and refinance experience very easy and stress free. Matt is a pleasure to work with. He was extremely responsive to every question I had throughout the process. Everyone at Mid Island Mortgage was, really. For future needs, I won't even look elsewhere - in fact, I went back to him when I refinanced my home to help cover renovation costs 18 months later. My husband and I just recently bought a house and used Mid Island Mortgage for my mortgage. We had an awesome experience with them and Stephanie Santoro is the best!! Brian and his team did my refinance on my home. Going in to It was one of the most stressful times for me and he handled this with ease. I was taking on my house from a ex fiancé and I was terrified! Matt was an absolute joy to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the entire process and responded to emails almost immediately. This lady is a class act and a true professional. My husband and I bought our first house and we definitely recommend her 150%! The whole experience of getting a mortgage is a major and scary experience, but Ms. Santoro made it seem like a walk in the park, from pre-approval to a mortgage loan. She's professional, yet very friendly, knowledgeable and very approachable.
