my husband and I were looking to refinance our home but we didn't have enough equity in our home she was the only one able to refinance us no closing cost and no hidden anythingshe even took the time to meet us halfway just to sign some paperwork

This is the second time I have had the opportunity of working with Steph Santoro. She is an absolute professional in every aspect of her job. She is very knowledgeable and a seasoned veteran. The paperwork went back and forth so quickly thanks to her ceaseless attention to detail and follow through. Steph always answered the phone or quickly got back to me during all phases of the process. I would highly recommend her to friends and would definitely use her for my mortgage needs in the future.

My experience with Stephanie Santoro has been unbelieveable. She has been there for me through every step, and was always a phone call or text away. Being first time homebuyers, we were very unfamiliar with the mortgage process. Stephanie was incredibly resourceful. She patiently helped us navigate all the paperwork and cost, answering any questions we had. Stephanie was quick to respond to emails and would follow up with the various parties involved. There aren't enough great things I can say about Stephanie and how easy she made this whole house buying process!!! As first time home buyers my then fiance and I really had no idea what we were getting into when we decided to buy a home. Stephanie came to the rescue! I don't even know where to start to describe all the assistance that Stephanie gave us. Let's just say it was "Above and Beyond" my expectations. She definitely made the mortgage process very enjoyable. One of the things that I liked most about her is that she was available almost 24/7. Thomas has helped us buy our first home and also refinance into a lower rate. He is extremely helpful and professional. He is always available to answer questions even after work hours and is always upfront and honest with everything. He also goes out of his way to make sure you understand everything throughout the process. I can't imagine using anyone else to help us secure a mortgage.
