Stephanie Santoro is a true professional. She not only guided me but also educated me on the entire process of obtaining a mortgage. She explained every step along the way so that I didn't feel intimidated by the process. She worked harder for me than my attorney to keep me informed on the status of the closing on my new home. Stephanie is amazing! She made purchasing our new home painless. Her knowledge is endless. Even on weekends she was available to answer questions. Honestly I couldn't imagine how I would have closed on my house without her. Even after the closing, when most people forget about you, she called to make sure all was well in our new home. Stephanie was so helpful and so friendly during our mortgage process. She took the time to explain everything thoroughly to us. She was available to us at all times, even nights and weekends to accomodate our schedules which helped make the whole process really convenient for us. Stephanie came recommended to us by a neighbor and she was an absolute pleasure to work with !! I had heard nightmares about the home buying experience and expected the absolute worst!
