Stephanie took the time to contact us everyday to let us know where the process was, be it by email, phone or text. She explained everything two or three times until we were both sure that we understood what was going on, which was extremely helpful as a new home buyer.

If you are first time home buyer , I say STOP look no more. Mid island has the best rates and Stephanie is a pro. Stephanie was recommended to me and now I am not only recommending but demand you go with her! From the start she was just so kind friendly and always had the time for us . Even though she was busy. My husband and I had trouble just getting a pre-approval to submit an offer due to a lower than expected credit score. The next day we called Stephanie and she got to work right away. After giving her the necessary information (she took it all over the phone because she knew we were in a hurry and later requested the paperwork), she got us pre-approved for an FHA mortgage.
