Enough wonderful things cannot be said about Stephanie. We had gone back and forth with other mortgage companies but Stephanie was by far the most COMMITTED, PATIENT, knowledgable and dedicated in getting things done for us. Stephanie and her team were beyond amazing. We had a complicated mortgage situation as the result of a new construction home that took two years to complete. Stephanie took the time to contact us everyday to let us know where the process was, be it by email, phone or text. She explained everything two or three times until we were both sure that we understood what was going on, which was extremely helpful as a new home buyer.

My husband and I had trouble just getting a pre-approval to submit an offer due to a lower than expected credit score. The next day we called Stephanie and she got to work right away. After giving her the necessary information (she took it all over the phone because she knew we were in a hurry and later requested the paperwork), she got us pre-approved for an FHA mortgage.
