Her knowledge of the process streamlined what we needed to get our mortgage commitment. She was very attentive and addressed any issues immediately. Steph help us with obtaining our first mortgage. Although it was a very stressful process (essentially signing your life away), Steph made the process very easy which was very reassuring to us. She explained in detail everything that was happening and anything that we did not understand. Very easy to get a hold of at any point during the entire process. Would highly recommend!
