Susan is the only mortgage consultant you want to work with. She was ridiculously helpful, knowledgable, patient, fast and attentive!!! If you want concierge service than Stephanie is the one of you!!! She literally stuck by us for six months. As you know buying your first home or refi is not like it was 5 or 10 years ago so get ready for the long haul BUT have Stephanie on your side. Her phone calls, emails, letters, and personal touch were amazing!!! We were very impressed with Matt and working with him was a delight. He was very knowledgable and patiently guided us through every step of the process from pre-qualification to closing.
