The car still leaks oil and runs like bad I was assaulted by the financial manager and told to never return so I now have a car I haven't even made a payment on yet and can't drive it.as a first time buyer I feel they took advantage of me and made it a very bad experience..
Very disappointed, they did not rotate my tires. Then where the label for the oil change mileage is replaced they didn't removed it ( it needed to be scraped) they just stuck it next to the old one

Don't ever go there Worker's never know what they do so you will go to them more you go to your job They can't fix sound problems in my car so they are not good enough for that job

Unfortunately my experience was horrible. The lack of a smooth and happy process was far from what I experienced. From the failure to repair a broken rear defogger device as promised, by the sales person. The Financial person obviously had not been properly trained, the paper was wrong, was redone and still did not get it right. Still waiting over two weeks for correct paper work / contract. Was promised by finance person, to receive signed copies of transaction paper work. Nothing yet Thanks.

They told me the ev i drove wasnt charged fully and assured me that the car would charge more. I did not even make it half way home and ihad to charge it and the tire light came on. I sent an email and text to the sales person that evening and they said that "the deal is complete" and i could bring it in as a trade to purchase a different car. The service advisor only attempted once to get ahold of me once my car was done. They patched the one tire but didn't bother to fill the other 3. Didn't offer a car wash or put down mats in the foot well.

Check engine light came on 48 hours after buying it and after the techs cleared the code the first time I drove an hour and a half to have it looked at, I was just told all the techs were going home early and asked to come back for an appointment. Made the appointment, then the day before it was scheduled, was told because the code hasn't come back up they won't know what to do and not to come in. Thanks for not sticking to your word.

I'd rate zero stars if I could. I didnt buy a Murano from Midway. I didn't get a Murano serviced at Midway. SOMEHOW my contact info got added to the person's account who did. HOW do you mess that up?! I wouldn't trust Midway with my personally identifiable information, if I were you. You'll start getting Carfax emails, emails from the Credit Union that financed the actual customer's Murano. I had to look the dude up on Facebook to let him know the Credit Union needed proof of insurance. ZERO stars.
