I came in after receiving an offer to trade in my 2016 Sentra up to the new 2021. Corwin was really great! He took his time to walk me through everything and really went to bat for me with his director to get me an amazing deal. I went in for service with Aaron Chesmond. I had a really bad experience with Pinnacle Nissan to the point I'm looking forward to trading in my car for another maker. However! My service experience this past Friday made me rethink that. I scheduled to get the recall on my Sentra done but unfortunately Aaron said they're waiting for the parts in October. I was shopping for the 2021Nissan Rogue SV and the first dealer was trying to sell me the base model. I called Midway Nissan and spoke to Mario. I told him what I was looking for and at what price point I was willing to settle for.. to my amazement ( my excellent credit score helps) he got the deal done better than I asked. My goodness I can't believe what an outstanding job Tim Roberts and team did. My transmission went out Wednesday night after hours, so had to leave my car overnight. Tim called me 1st thing Thursday morning went through with me step by step of what had to be done. Not only transmission (which thank goodness was still under warranty) front and back brakes, fluid changing, etc. Unbelievable that his team actually got the work done same day. So I would definitely recommend Tim Roberts and his power team to anyone

Monica was my sales person and was great , I was in and out in about 2 hours. Haggled a little bit in the end they were fair and honest to work with. I would definitely recommend Monica and the team , the financing paperwork side was a bit slower than I expected but it was closing time and with covid I assume this is normal but seemed the process could of been a little more streamlined but overall more than happy with experience and I hate going to the dealer for a vehicle and try to avoid it it possible
