Going to any clinic, I usually feel like folks are rushing and desensitized because they see so many patients. This was not the case at Midwest Express Clinic, everyone I interacted with was friendly and compassionate. The provider was happy to answer all of my questions and discuss my options and made me feel very comfortable during my exam.

My experience was good! Simple online registration or they do accept walk ins. Staff were nice and welcoming. Clean space. Took about an hour to get in and out which isn't bad in my opinion.

I've been here many times, and I don't think I've ever had to wait over an hour to see the doctor when using the online check in process on their website. They get my prescriptions right, the treatment right, and they cost less for me after insurance than other urgent cares. They also have comfier seats too! I've been in here for a variety of things, both illness and injury and they're my go to. I had a great experience- I came in with an eye infection and the staff was very helpful and kind. The doctor sent me over to the emergency room and even called to check up on me hours after. The entire staff was great. Will be coming back if I ever have any problems again.

The waiting area is comfortable and specious and the staff are all very personable and efficient. The nurse's assistant was kind and patient in taking my lengthy history a she was a pleasure to bore. Dr.Christine Isaac was fully engaged and present and showed genuine concern for my recommended treatments and coordinated care. He has a thoughtful manner and strong ethics that she clearly demonstrated in the recommendations. I had a great experience here and recommend them without reservation.

I never expect to have a good Urgent Care experience. They are typically miserably slow and I've found myself met with people who don't seem to really care what you're feeling, so long as they can reach a resolution and get to the next person in the lobby. I cannot promise that this place will be a super fast experience but I can tell you I felt attended to and cared for. Called in about a mundane illness, strep throat, and was nudged to make my appointment online by the receptionist. That was fine with me. So I made an account and appointment. Within 15 minutes of my scheduled appointment time I was seen and within 45 minutes of my scheduled appointment time I was out the door with an antibiotic prescription up the street at CVS. Quick and easy. I like this place so far, we will see when the bill arrives.

I was just here yesterday and I was very hesitant at first because of the bad reviews I was reading. I just moved back to Chicago after living in Southern California for the last 11 years, and I was having some weird health concerns pop up out of nowhere.
