Very poor customer service. Never received my bill via email or mail. Called and left 7 voicemails to a patient advocate number (it’s a reception-don’t expect to talk to a patient advocate or someone who can help-they just take messages that won’t be returned!) they suggested- no one paid attention and called me back to assist with request. Ended up getting a $150 charge on my credit card from them. Now go explain me how it’s a good customer service. Was my first and last visit to this location and organization. Sad
