I was looking for a used MINI and found a car on their website. Steve provided excellent customer service, including explaining how their sales process worked, giving me all the information on the car, and getting the paperwork done quickly and accurately. Met Steve for the first time about two weeks ago when I stopped at Mini STL. Was a prior MINI owner and wanted to test the new gen. Steve was the one I saw when I walked in. The service department has always been great to deal with but my visit in March 2015 was outstanding. They delivered what they said they would and for me that means everything! I really appreciate these guys and would highly recommend going right to the source to take the best care of your MINI.
Karen was very helpful by answering all our questions in a clear and friendly matter. She offered us numerous options, making it easier to chose our special new Mini.
Kate was so helpful and patient. I went in wanting a Clubman. Test drove one, then went on to the hard top. Test drove many of them until I decided on the one for me. I certainly took up her afternoon and she was so great about it. I finally have my Mini after 45 years of wanting one. The financing experience was smooth, fitted my budget. Gerard is a very lovely person to work with. He is kind, low keyed, helped me come to my own decisions along the way. Thorough and knowledgeable in every aspect of his product. Great sense of humor. Five star salesperson. Tina - in financing - oh the most difficult area to understand and the most scary area for me - walked me through every detail. We had fun. She went above and beyond to explain!
My wife and I just bought a MINI hardtop. Gerard was a great salesman. He was very patient, never pushy, and took the time to answer all our questions. He helped us get a great deal on a great car, and we couldn't have asked for better service. If you go to MINI of St. Louis, be sure to ask for him!
I showed up to my service appointment with an attitude about things that were wrong with my 2006 Mini, by the time I left I had a smile :)
I am a foreigner and bought my first car at MINI of St. Louis and before that experience I basically know nothing about the procedure of buying a car in the U.S. I am nervous and afraid of asking at first time but Karen really helps me a lot and shows great patience and kindness when dealing with the insurance problem. Besides, we only spent little time on negotiating the price and the whole process. The experience was awesome.
