First, everyone is super friendly and happy, so the place just has good energy. Then, you are surrounded by hundreds of super cute cars in any possible color combination...the choices are just endless; and finally you get to work with a professional (Karen Fortune), who is completely devoted to the product and your experience. I had a specific need and Karen made it happen with very little effort on my part. Smoothest car buying experience ever.
As usual, my experience at this Mini dealer was Exceptional. My tire was low, and they Gladly helped me. No charge. It reminds me once again how lucky I am to have bought a Mini in the first place. I'm Never disappointed - with the car Or the dealership.

MY CAR BROKE DOWN ON THE WAY TO WORK THIS MORNING. CALLED THE DEALERSHIP HAD IT TOWED IN AND THEY GOT TO IT RIGHT AWAY. FIXED IN 2 HOURS AND BACK ON THE ROAD.

The dealership is awesome with very friendly and knowledgeable people. The car runs great and is a joy to drive. It has a great personality, iconic presence. I'm fully satisfied with my decision and I strongly recommend the dealership and the brand to anyone!
1) You don't feel like you're at a car dealership here. It feels more like your with your friends talking about cars. From the moment I met Karen, she made the car buying experience simple and easy. There was no complex pricing or fancy terminology. Everything was straight forward and easy to understand. Karen and the rest of the MINI staff were friendly and fantastic to my family and I from the moment we walked through the door. It was probably the most fun I've had buying a car.
