This was our fourth Mini from this dealership. We purchased a 2015 Mini Countryman for our daughter. Our experience with Mark Conn the saleshoncho was excellent. He is incredibly knowledgeable about all of the Mini's and we never had any pressure for us to buy form him. Of course we will be back when my wife is ready for a new car! Thanks for everything!
My wife and I were in the market for a new MINI for quite sometime, but couldn't nail down the one we wanted until we met with Mark. Mark was very informative and extremely easy to work with. Unlike most dealership experiences where we felt pressured by the sales people Mark gave us plenty of time to weigh out our options and make the decision we felt most comfortable with. We now are proud owners of our first MINI and are looking forward to the next one already!
While I was at Mini, David Joseph assisted me. He listened to my concerns and offered suggestions to help solve my problems with my vehicle. His expertise and customer service was excellent. I have confidence when my car is serviced at Mini.
I recently purchased a new MINI and was assisted throughout the entire process by Karen Fortune. She was an excellent "motoring adviser." I never felt pressure to buy or spend more than I wanted. Karen simply allowed me to test drive the cars I was interested in and let me make my own decision on my own time. We had a great experience with Steve at mini! Buying a car is always a dreaded experience and Steve helped make it easy and fast! We traded in our car for a used Acura they had on the lot. Steve was very honest and open with us and we couldn't be happier with our trade in. I would recommend any who visits mini to work with Steve ! The financial lady, Tina, was always very fast and efficient with our paperwork and transaction.
We enjoyed working with Dustin and also with Tina in the finance dept. They were both very helpful and fun to talk to. I look forward to seeing them on routine checks.
