I was in a very awkward financial situation and a very vulnerable position. Kate Bryan at Mini of St. Louis was so incredibly kind and helpful to me. She actually had to listen to my so. Story and watch a few tears fall. She never treated me like she had the upper hand and made me feel confident in my purchase. She went out of her way to help me get into a different car. The process was very painless thanks to her thoughtfulness and professionalism.
We've been passengers in our son's MINI many times so we knew when it was time for a new car we had to have a MINI. There isn't a dealer where we live but there are several within a 150 mile radius. MINI of St. Louis, and especially Kate Bryan found us the perfect car at a price we wanted to pay. We're TOTALLY in love with our new MINI and look forward to many years of happy motoring!! This was the best car buying experience ever. I've never purchased a car from a dealer before, but I will definitely be coming back to mini of St. Louis next time I'm in the market! Phil's customer service was outstanding! He was extremely helpful and down to earth (not what you would expect of a typical car salesman). We bought our first MINI Cooper S in 2004 from Mini of St. Louis which was a great experience. Over the years we would occasionally visit the dealership to attend event's and view new models. When the 2015's came out we had been bit by the bug again and decided to go see a couple MINI Cooper S models we viewed online. Friday July 4th. Put the top down on my '07 Mini Cooper S and headed out. Got to first hill in subdivision and car started slowing down. Pushed accelerator half way and car continued to slow. Floored it and rpm's went up to 3,600 but car continued slowing. Got back home. Monday at 7am I called Mini and spoke with Todd. We had Steve Emerson as our salesman, and this was by far the best car buying experience we have had. For us, car buying always seems to take 6 hours and involves a lot of sitting around. Thus, my husband and I always dread the experience. This was very streamlined and almost actually enjoyable. The dealership is in a new buildinh and they have a wonderful serve yourself coffee machine.
