I purchased my new Mini Hardtop in June of 2013, my purchase experience with Karen Fortune was an absolute pleasure. I was in need of a newer car. My 98 Jeep Wrangler has served me well. I was looking at a private party mini but heard a sound from the rear end. Excellent service! I felt very comfortable and at ease. All my questions were answered in a professional but personable manner. All the available options concerning the car an the financial options were presented very clearly.
Todd and the crew are great! Each team member was efficient and courteous. The area where the cars are serviced is layed out so well, from ease of pulling cars in, where the guys work on the cars, the cleaning, to exit. A well oiled machine.
