The dealership is in a great location off Hanley/Highway 40, very clean, and everyone is really nice! It's not aggressive sales and my point person, Gerard, was very knowledgeable and honest. I ended up buying my car there because it felt so much for real and not shady and I felt I was getting a good product. I definitely recommend this dealership and it's a nice place to take your car back to for service.
My wife and I went to look at a Mini one evening. We spoke to Karen Fortune and she and her team at Mini of St. Louis were so easy to work with that we bought the car that evening. Karen made the process so easy and enjoyable. I have no regrets and would recommend Karen to anyone interested in a Mini.
The entire staff, from internet sales to financing was very helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend them.
Fantastic experience with Gerard as my salesman. He was beyond patient with me as I had not purchased a new car in eleven years and had lots of questions. I had put off buying a car because I dreaded the whole "negotiation" process. I found a car on Mini of St Louis' lot but living 150+ miles away I attempted to complete the negotiation process via email and phone. What an easy and pleasant process, and it did not end there!! When I actually got to the dealership, Gerard Bulber was so much fun to deal with. He is very personable guy and has a great sense of humor. I would recommend Gerard and Mini of St Louis to anyone looking for a good used car.

Very personable staff. Gerard was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles and patient with me through several test drives and trying to decide on a specific model to purchase. No high pressure. I traveled 400 miles to purchase from Mini of St. Louis and I am glad I did.
Karen Fortune is my dealer, who with the whole staff bent over backwards to get me my mini. Love Them! My husband is next to get one soon. We know where we are going. :)
Got my new mini cooper 2 weeks ago, really enjoy it! Our salesman, Steve Emerson, provided us with excellent service during the purchasing process. He helped a lot for it and we really thank him. We highly recommend him as giving five star!!!
