Today we just purchased our 2015 Mini Cooper Paceman and we couldn't be more pleased. We've always owned American Brands and were doubtful with purchasing a European car. With not knowing very much about the brand, we found that our salesman, Joe Elder, was very knowledgeable with all questions that we had. I purchased a 2014 Paceman S and wanted a Mini GPS wiring kit installed on my car, I talked to EricWright in the Parts department, he ordered the part, which arrived the next day, Todd Feuerhaken the service manager was able to get me in the next day to have the unit installed on my car. I can't say enough about the service department at the Mini store. Thanks to, Todd Feuerhaken, Dave Joseph, Rick Drezek and Carrie Brown. And thanks to Derek who does a great job of washing my car when I have it in fir service.
No sales pressure. My salesman Phil and sales manager Neil were both very helpful in my buying experience. I was able to do a lot of my paperwork prior to arriving at dealership so it saved me a lot of time. I never felt pressured into buying a car like most car dealers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I traded in a used mini that I had brought in for service and the service department was excellent too.

Gerard was extremely helpful and, most importantly, very fair with me in all our dealings. He went out of his way to find the car I was looking for, which ended up being certified pre-owned and cost less than what I had originally priced while having more of the features I wanted. No arguing over price was necessary at any point and I never once felt like I was being "played". This experience defied all my previous car-buying experience and I enthusiastically recommend Gerard to anyone looking to buy a MINI.
Fell in love with mini coopers when "The Italian job" remake came out early 2000s. Never could afford one till recently. i went to the dealer after shopping around, a 2012 model caught my eye so i went to test drive it. After a few conversations and great news about the trade up value of my car i instead decided on a 2015 and i love it.
