Every time I go to MINI of St. Louis, all the employees are extremely kind and helpful. This is my second MINI, both purchased from Karen. She is very helpful, understanding and patient with the number of questions that I have. I would recommend MINI of St. Louis to everyone!
Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere . The sales staff were knowledgable and helpful but never did I feel pressured. Karen was wonderful and took the time to thoroughly demonstrate & explain the many features of my new Mini. This by far is the best experience I have encountered at any car dealership.
I had a repair issue on my Mini which had come up about a year ago as well. The service manager, Todd, took a personal interest in seeing to it that the problem was remedied properly, and made sure it was fixed right. Even though my warranty had expired, they charged me nothing for the work they did on my car. I think they really have integrity, and they make you feel like you and your car are very important to them. I highly recommend Mini of St. Louis and all of the great people that work there.
Recently bought a used Toyota Camry SE model. Mr. Gerard Bulber was the sales person. The way he treated us was really respectful, considerate, attentive and what not! This was by far the easiest car buying experience we've ever had. No pressure or gimmicks, and genuinely good people. Our salesman, Gerard, was super friendly and informed, and made the buying process completely hassle-free. He went above and beyond to answer all of our questions and even took the time to get to know our little one, who accompanied us. We left feeling like we had gotten a good, honest deal. Would absolutely recommend.
This is my 3rd leased Mini and everyone is wonderful! I would not go anywhere else. Keep up the good work. I feel very special when I am there. My car just shines after service.
