Phil Tripoli was an absolutely great salesman! He showed me all the new and used models and was very patient and very knowledgeable. I didn't feel pressured or rushed at any time and I really appreciate that as an experienced car buyer. Everyone at Mini of St. Louis was friendly, courteous and professional. Let's start with this is my dream car and Steve helped make my dream come true. He was personable, informative, and very professional. He made my buying experience unlike any other. My husband and I have been test driving and looking at the Mini Brand for 3 years every time working with Steve!! The folks are always more then helpful and with my busy schedule it is hard to narrow a time for an appointment. They have always welcomed me and have been able to fit my mini in for service. They are more then happy to hand me a loaner while mine is being serviced. They are always straightforward and will give me estimates prior to work performed in needed.
Thank you Derek for washing my car. It was above and beyond!!!! No other dealership would take the time to wash a car as well as you do. All the Service Guys are great.
I rode a train four hours to purchase the vehicle that I picked out. I was picked up at the train station by Gerard Bulber (my sales person), and taken directly to the dealership, where I found they were very prepared for my arrival. My JCW was washed and waxed, and detailed inside and out. The paper work was a breeze, as was the meeting with the finance manager Tina Logue. I came in because my check engine light was on. Scary huh, well it was for me. Dave took the time to go out to my car, checked my gas cap, found it was not on correctly. Who would of thought. I'm so glad I came in when I did, otherwise I would of worried about it

I was looking for a used Toyota Prius and I had already extensively researched the car. I searched online to compare prices. Mini had the lowest price in the St. Louis area. I did a quick drive by to Mini to check out the condition. I kept looking over my shoulder waiting for the dreaded used car salesman(s) to sneak up on me. That didn't happen.
