Steve was the best car salesperson with whom we've ever worked. He was nice, very knowledgeable about Mini's and never pressured us to get a quick sale.
It is funny how lately places just don't have good customer service... It's not just about customer is always right or anything like that it's more about being kind and friendly. I went in to Mini of St Louis the last week of December to look for a car I love small car's and was pretty sure I was going to buy a Fiat. Employees and the sales rep are quite friendly and extend their support if you need personally. Great professional attitude too. Phil and Tina were exceptional in their ability to deal/negotiate/explain/finalize. I really appreciate their professionalism.

I can't say enough great things about my experience with the service department. Rick was so kind to spend time explaining to me exactly what was wrong with my car. I was having a hard time understanding all the details, but he took the time to ensure I fully understood all the details. I was in a real hurry so David J. and Rick worked together to get my car in and out so I could keep my meeting schedule. Carrie, you pull it all together at the end. Thank you Mini, for having such a GREAT team who delivers for the customer.
I could not have had a better car buying experience! From the first website inquiry into the Countryman through the test drives, financing and the final drive away, it was a first class experience. Such a friendly and easy going staff. Gerard my Salesperson was extremely patient and timely in follow-ups during the 2+ months I took to complete my purchase. Bill Harada and Tina Logue in Finance could not have treated me better.
My husband and I knew we wanted a fun convertible and searched for months but couldn't find what we wanted. Then we went to Mini of St. Louis and met with Karen Fortune. We loved the Roadster, but they didn't have one in stock that met our preferences. Karen helped us have the car built to our requirements and we just love it! The only difficult part was waiting for it to be delivered because we were so anxious to drive it!
Karen Fortune is the best! She is incredibly nice, knowledgeable and patient. You can tell she truly loves Mini! I have wanted a Mini for about 10 years and finally decided it was time.
