We recently had our Mini in to address a check engine light. I made the call late on a Friday evening and they were able to get it in first thing on Tuesday morning. They called to let me know the repair was completed and took the time to describe the repair. They certainly set the bar for great customer service
We recently had our MINI in to have it serviced and Dave and Rick took care of it right away. Everyone there at MINI of St. Louis are always very friendly and professional. Derek had our car looking like new when it came back. Tina and Carrie visited with us during our wait. Marvin greeted us when when arrived.

Bought a used MINI from Mini of St Louis. Our sales guy was Gerard, who was not only highly professional, but also very personable and a really great guy. Actually, everyone we came in contact with was friendly and helpful, but Gerard was the star of this particular show. I would add that there was no pressure, no 'sales tactics', nor any of the other nonsense that can sometimes make buying a car such an unpleasant experience. Other dealers could learn a lot from these guys!
Philip Tripoli, great customer service and making sure I had everything needed for my new mini. He was great in helping me get reacquainted with driving a manual shift. Philip just to let you know... I'm riding an B+minus. I am conquering the uphill battles. Lol... Every time I come to Mini, I have a wonderful experience with all the employees there. Love my new Mini family!
