My experience at Mini of St Louis was a great one, Karen the sales lady, was very friendly and knowledgeable, I never felt pressured and felt like I ended up getting the deal I wanted, overall the experience was a short but sweet one and hassle free, if you're looking to buy a new Mini there's no place better.

I went to the dealership to test drive a Mini and a BMW. Karen took the time to go over the benefits of each vehicle. She was friendly, knowledgeable and committed to service. The car was a used vehicle. Upon pick-up, I noticed a small ding in the rear wheel well. I call Karen and she immediately set up a time to have to fixed. She greeted me the day of service. Recently, I took my Mini to the (exceptional) service department for a repair, just before the factory warranty was about to expire. I left the dealership with a new Mini! All relevant associates "went the extra mile" to get the deal done. The transaction exceeded my expectations (no easy feat), as evidenced by the fact that just 3 days prior to the service visit, I purchased brand new tires for the traded car, as I had planned on keeping it. This was my first experience with the Mini dealership in St. Louis, it was amazing and the staff were so friendly. The waiting area was very clean. Richard Drezek from the service department was very professional.
