We had such a great experience at Mini of St. Louis. We recently purchased a minivan from them. Mark was awesome. We have had some rough experiences in the past with car salesmen. We found Mini of St. Louis online and chose them based on their great reviews. We were greeted promptly by Mark. While we were checking out the car, we received our third phone call of the day from a dealership we had called the previous day. Talk about Pushy, but I digress. Although I've been avoiding it for awhile, I broke down and bought a minivan. Saw a great deal on a used Dodge at Mini. Stopped by to check it out and Phil was immensely helpful. Although it wasn't a Mini, he was extremely knowledgable about the van and was able to answer all my questions. He and Tina handled all of the paperwork quickly and comfortably! Best car buying experience yet! I highly recommend Phil, Tina and Mini of St. Louis!
I told Steve exactly what I needed and wanted, and he delivered 100%! I immediately felt comfortable and not pressured through the entire sale. It was nice that the staff was so down-to-earth as well.
I purchased a 2015 4-door hardtop from Mini of St. Louis in February and could not be more happy. No hassle, excellent car, superior service, and a friendly atmosphere- what more could you ask for? I am very happy with Mini of St. Louis and would purchase there again. In particular, I would like to note that Steve Emerson is the best Sales Representative I have ever spoken to, and I have purchased a number of cars. I walked in to Mini to test drive a couple of preowned cars...I left with my own mini! Everyone was so friendly and personable!! When I went back about a month later to have my plates put on the car, everyone remembered me and made sure to come talk to me!
In 2013 Karen helped me hand pick all the options of my first Mini Convertible. It was a fantastic experience. The service department was top notch with every oil change or question I had about my Mini. When my mini was totaled a few weeks ago, I was crushed! Karen hopped into action and within days found a replacement car that was nearly identical to the one I ordered. Karen will be my mini rep going forward and I highly recommend her when buying the best car ever... a MINI!
I pulled up in a cab having been with out car for the last two weeks. Long story short! I didn't know what to expect when I arrived. I knew I wanted a mini ... Just needed to test drive it to make sure. Well I fell in love with the car immediatly! Mark and Tina really are the best. I never felt pressured, harassed, or intimidated during my buying experience. The whole process from start to end was easy, professional, fun, and a good time. Not the stereotypical car salesman experience. Extremely professional, relaxed, and very informative. No pressure to make a quick decision; I was also able to schedule a test drive when it was convenient for me and with no time restraint.
