Did not have an appointment but was having problems with my battery. They got me in and I was surprised that my 3 year old CPO batter was covered under warranty. All staff members were helpful and nice. Very pleased with the first time taking my car in. While I'm on here hear I wanted to compliment both the sales and finance staff that helped me with my purchase several months ago. Great job in all departments
Steve Emerson couldn't have been more patient and helpful. I hadn't planned on buying the car after the test drive. Being a woman by herself I was sure I would be taken advantage of. I had just recently had a very unpleasant experience at Sunset Ford. This was not the case at Mini. Steve worked with me to arrive at an agreeable price. I now own my dream car thanks to him.
Karen Fortune did a great job of helping me surprise my wife with a new Mini for Christmas on VERY short notice,and was very thorough with the familiarization process at delivery. Tina handled the closing in the fastest and most pleasant way---so different than so many others I've experienced. The receptionist was the most friendly ever!
Normally, buying a new car is stressful but, with MINI, my experience was anything but that. I initiated contact with MINI by email on Mon night; got a response from MINI first thing Tues AM and arranged a test drive via Karen for Tues PM. Karen was informative, friendly, and flexible. Todd Feuerhaken was very helpful in analyzing the problem and setting up the repair. It is a 250 mile trip for me to visit the dealership and he took this into account when making decisions, which was greatly appreciated. The timing chain was replaced and after driving the vehicle for a week it seems to be performing well with no oil leakage. Your team did a great job. Thanks Gary Carr

This was the best car buying experience. Mark E. made this experience as easy as possible, and insured I got exactly what I wanted in my MINI.
