I had a great experience working with Neil when I purchased my Mini. He was friendly, knowledgeable and always responded quickly to my questions. I visited the dealership several times as I was trying to decide on how to build my Mini; Neil was very patient during the process and never tried to pressure me into adding features I didn’t need. Rick- friendly, cares about your service experience, good follow through. Carrie- welcoming, positive attitude, knows the Mini accessories. Karen- puts up with my "how do you make this work" questions. Never makes me feel like I am imposing. Very customer focused. This is truly the best place to purchase a car and to have it serviced. As a female, I can attest that I am treated with respect and never "talked down to". I highly recommend Mini of STL!

I bought my car from Mini St. Louis and I always take it there for service. Everyone there was so nice and attentive. Each time I take in my car, I never have to worry about it.
