bought my dream color MINI, Bill Harada helped with the selection asking about my needs. He also asked about my normal driving. Saved me a lot of money by directing me to the Cooper version instead of the Cooper S ice blue Until the full amount came here he held this car for me.

My service advisor Dave was the best. He made getting my car serviced a ver pleasant experience. This was my first time there and was very happy with everything. The cashier Carrie was very nice and explained my invoice in-depth. I will definitely be back for all my service and repairs to be done there.
I was having some issues with my 11 your old mini convertible. I let the service department know my concerns and they came back with an estimate of the repairs. They kept me informed of the status of the repairs and the estimate did not exceed the actual payments. No surprises. It is never fun to have service down to your vehicle, but to have the department exceed my expectations made the process much easier to deal with. Thank you
This was my first purchase of a Mini and I couldn't be more pleased with the total experience. First Bill Harada is a great person to deal with...pleasant, punctual, knowledgable and great to talk with. The Mini Signature series is everything I wanted for my "last" car and more. First of all, this is my 3rd Mini. I had a 2006 2 door Cooper S hardtop, then a 2011 Cooper S Countryman, and as of yesterday I'm the proud owner of a 2017 CPO - Blaze Red 2 door Cooper S hardtop.
