My wife and I went to Mini of St. Louis knowing she wanted a Mini. The Mini we really wanted was a loaner and could not be sold due to low mileage. We waited and Mark contacted us to let us know the care we wanted was ready. We have only had the Mini less that 24 hours and love it. Can't wait to put the top down and ride.
As an owner of a 2011 Mini Cooper, I was ready to move up to a 2018 model. I met with Mark Conn. He was very knowledgeable about the different options available, and quoted me a matter-of-fact, no nonsense price. This is the way car buying should be! It took about 8 weeks for my new Mini to be manufactured to my specifications, shipped from Europe, and delivered to the dealer in St Louis. I was notified as soon as it arrived. Service is never a bad experience. I dealt with Dave and Dan my last couple times there , they are awesome guys. Their knowledge and Customer Service is Outstanding.
I finally got my Mini Cooper convertible and couldn't be happier!! The cherry on top is how smooth and easy the sales process went...Kate and Mary were just fabulous! My only regret is waiting as long as I did to get one. Cheers

i recently went to mini of st. louis not knowing if i really wanted a mini of not and i was greeted with an alsome welcome from a guy name sam hall. i was surprised that he was so patient with me because i asked him so many questions and i was so undecided. he took his time and explained everything i needed to know about the minis and the different kinds and i eventually decided to make the purchased. I have had many cars in my time but i will say sam hall was one of the generous man i have dealt with in the car bussiness.
I recently purchased a used vehicle from Mini. The sales dept. and F&I made my purchase a very smooth process. Unfortunately, when you purchase used, sometimes things go wrong so I had taken it to Mini service for some help. Dan and Todd took GREAT care of me and my "new to me" car! They made what could have been a stressful experience, a pleasant one! Thanks guys keep up the good work!
I always look forward to visiting the MINI service center because first, I'm welcomed with a warm greeting, and then checked in immediately. Dave explains the service that will be performed, answers all of my questions, and is very accurate at estimating the time it will take to finish. The service is always done promptly, and my car is returned to me sparkling clean.
