The Mini we purchase was our 3rd from this dealership. Mark was honest and knowledgeable about each model, all of the upgrades, and help me pick the one that was right for us. We will be back in a few years for our next one.
Kate went far above and beyond to help us. We live 5 hours away from the dealership so she took extra pictures and was extremely helpful in sending documents quickly. She is definitely the most helpful car salesperson that I have ever dealt with.
I went to check out a Certified Pre-Owned Mini Clubman S at my local Mini. From the moment I walked into the showroom I didn't feel pressured. Thanks to salesperson Bill Harada and the service department for a fabulous experience at Mini St Louis. I highly recommend them. They truly care and that is a rarity these days. Plus a Mini is the most fun car to drive.
We found a used VW at MINI and we were treated just as well as if we were buying a new car. The store was clean. Dustin Summers is easy going and professional. He was willing to work with us on whatever we needed. There was no pressure and the transaction was taken seriously. I wish every car buying experience could be like this.
Just bought my second (first was 5 years ago) Mini Cooper Countryman. Sales and services are excellent. Dealing with Dustin in sales and Neil, the general manager, have been very comfortable--no pressure experiences. Service department has been very reliable and prompt. Always had loner car available when service couldn't be accomplished in an hour or so. Highly recommend this dealership.

I spent the better part of a month researching and scouring the Internet for what I hoped was my perfect first Mini.
