I have never experienced such a simple process and a great team like the one at Mini of St.Louis. They are a superior example of how a car purchase should go. It was simple, fast and they work with you. The time they took to explain the process as well as the details of the car were OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend Mini of St. Louis.
My husband and I went in to view the different styles of Mini to find which one would work best with our lifestyle. We were quickly approached by Kate who was very helpful in reviewing what was on the lot against the needs we had in a new vehicle. Went to buy a new MINI. Very laid-back, accommodating staff. Didn't feel any pressure to buy. Of course, with MINI there isn't a lot of bargaining, rebates, or negotiation. The price is the price. Everyone we encountered was pleasant, friendly, upfront and professional. There was no commitment to buy, even though we made a custom car order, and as a surprise, they added heated seats for free, "it helps with the resale value." Dan was extremely helpful. My family and I came in from out of town and our car was having major issues. As soon as I walked in Dan was right there. He listened to my concerns, walked me through the process of figuring out what was wrong with my car, and I felt I was being taken care of.
