my wife and I purchased a mini from Bill Harada last month... Bill was very very good in making sure that we get everything we asked for in that deal... very helpful, kind (stayed 45 min late to accomadate our schedules), arranged for 2 test drives of 3 cars to work with our schedule and overall made the experience easy and very stress free... Bill is a rock star!

I have bought a number of new cars over the years. My car buying experience at MINI of ST Louis was by far the best; it was both personal and pleasurable! Everyone at the dealership was welcoming and very helpful. I am not someone who makes snap decisions, thus I made several trips to check out cars. Bill Harada, my Sales Associate, walked me through all the options, helped me when I needed help, got back to me immediately, gave me time to make my choice, then celebrated the final decision. It was a great experience!!

I took my time, visiting the dealership several times over a month period, and not once did I feel any pressured to buy. They find out why you want a MINI, what you are looking to spend, and steer you in the right direction. Additionally, the trade-in value for my vehicle was fair and reasonable.
