Sam Hall and the team at Mini are great. He was more than patient as I stood to decision on what car to drive, how to finance, and do the final walk through of the car. It was a lot of attention to detail but everyone was so nice. I will definitely go back to buy a third!

Dropped off car, picked up loaner, had quick efficient & friendly service provided by the service rep-Dave Thomas. He was exactly what you want, no games, no BS, just knowledgeable, easy to work with and very efficient, got me in and out the door quickly, no hassles and I will of course be back. Just bought a car, brought it in for service and I was overwhelmed by the amazing service I received. Not only was Rick Drezek knowledgeable but he was friendly and professional. My car came back washed and vacuumed too! Could not say enough good things! Highly recommend!
Came in because my previous car had died shortly before I was going on a long road trip. Salespeople were friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, a really easy, positive car buying experience, and I was able to get my new car within a few days of coming in.
Dan and Todd at Mini of St. Louis went to bat for me when my HP Fuel Pump failed. Mini covered the replacement 100%. This just made me the happiest Mini driver ever! I hate shopping for cars! I always feel like I am being taken advantage of no matter what deal is finally made. HOWEVER, with this particular dealership, I NEVER felt pressured to purchase anything that I did not want. The salesman went out of his way to find just what I was looking for without the extra items I did not need or want.
