I found the Mini Countryman that I wanted when I was browsing online. I contacted the dealership through chat and was contacted by a salesman. Sam was very helpful and even though I knew exactly what I wanted he ensured I was satisfied. Living over 2 hours from the dealership I knew I wanted to be able to come in and have everything ready to go so all I would have to do is sign paperwork and get my keys. My car buying experience was seamless from the test drive, to ordering it and then driving it off the lot. Going in I knew what I wanted and Kate Bryan served as an excellent motoring advisor. She was quick to respond to all of my inquiries and very knowledgeable about the new 2017 Countryman model. I am so thrilled with my new MINI and wish everyone could have the same stress-free experience when buying a new vehicle. Great job, MINI team.

Working with the staff at Mini of St. Louis has been wonderful. I actually purchased 2 Countryman's in 3 months. I totaled the first one, and immediately went back to Mini of St. Louis to get another one. I worked with Bill Harada to get a great deal on both of my Countryman's. Mini of St.Louis is the best Neil Westfall and Dustin Summers in sales really took care of me. I love these guys and my new Mini is a dream and they are making sure everything is ok. From the moment we walked into Mini of St Louis we felt welcomed. We met Justin and he listened to what we were interested in and gave us the information we needed to decide if a Mini was for us.
