Managed to get the car I needed in a reasonable time period, which is noramally an anomaly in the car buying world. Would definitely recommend this place if anyone asked.

Picked up a nail in left rear run-flat. Booked appointment with Dan Wirick, dropped my Mini off and was given a loaner. Got phone call that all was good, returned loaner and headed for home. Checked TPM (Tire Pressure Monitor) on the way and left rear showed very low. Inflated it when I got home and called Dan. Brought it back the next morning and they couldn't detect any leak, including checking the valve stem. I came in to test drive a vehicle I had seen on their website. Unfortunately the vehicle I was interested in had just been sold. Bill Harada in the sales department brought out a similar, but slightly older vehicle for me to test drive. He was very informative and even explained some of the features that would be available in a 2017 vehicle like the one I was looking for. After finding a car that I was interested in purchasing online, I went to the dealership for a test drive (something I was dreading). Every step of the process was easy. Dustin was helpful and relaxed. He answered all of our questions in a friendly way. Mary McDonnnell was outstanding when it came to the finance part. She offered numerous options without any pressure . I can't say enough about how helpful she was. Overall, a great buying experience from start to finish on a nice preowned vehicle.
Need to purchase a replacement car due to diesal buyback and this dealer was very flexible and wonderful with the entire process. Sam was very accommodating with the vehicles that we wanted compare side by side, and best of all, no pressure sales.
I have visited the Mini dealer frequently during my 10 years of Mini ownership. I have yet to have been disappointed. The employees (service, sales, and management) are always friendly, pleasant, and I believe very honest with me. This time I was buying my second Mini and could not have been treated more nicely. Thanks to my salesperson, Bill, but also a shout out to Dave Joseph, and Todd Feuerhaken, who have always had my back.
Love the new mini and the sales team was great. I hate buying a car. I avoid it at all costs. But this was painless and happy I did it!
