Purchased a new Mini from Sam Hall earlier this week at Mini of St. Louis. I have bought many new cars before, but Sam remains at the top from all the sales personnel I have dealt with in the past. He is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and lays out all the options so that you can make the right decision in your car purchase. I was very impressed with his professionalism and kindness. Mini of St. Louis truly takes care of its customers. This is my third purchase from them. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a Mini. They actually make the car purchasing experiencing a positive one. The finance department spent time sharing all options available and the "best fit" for my personal needs. They have tremendous follow up after the purchase. They want to make sure that each part of the experience was excellent. Kate Bryan is a a true pleasure to work with. I look forward to future purchases with her.

I can't speak highly enough about the process of purchasing a car from MINI of St. Louis. I worked with Mark Conn, who is by far the most knowledgeable and friendly salesperson I have met, and the finance person was also efficient and helpful. There was literally ZERO pressure at any point in the process. Follow up via phone and email also fantastic. Great experience from start to finish.

After a few visits to the dealership I decided to purchase my first MINI. My sales person was patient and understanding and worked closely with me to get the car that I wanted. A unique experience being treated like an adult instead of being rushed into a snap decision.
