I have been to many service centers over the years, but never one as thoroughly satisfying as Mini of St Louis. David Joseph, a service representative, made me feel welcome during my initial phone call for an appointment. He actually listened as I described the issues I was having with my 08 Mini. He explained how the technician would troubleshoot the issues. And in a phone call the next day, Dave provide a complete rundown of the work needed, and the cost. This was our first experience with MINI of St. Louis. We were looking at first for information only on the Clubman. Seeing the variety of colors, engines, options of the Clubman we looked no further. The more we looked, we decided that we needed a loaded-up Clubman. Dustin showed us many vehicles and we decided on a melting silver one. I first worked with Mark Conn. We were looking for a used Mini and he showed us a variety of cars. Narrowed it down to one, but was taking a trip the next day so we held off. Later that week, Mark was on vacation so I worked with Sam Hall. Sam was great. Kept me informed on the status of the car (it needed a small scratched fixed from the body shop) and made sure everything was perfect with the car when I decided to purchase it. Super friendy, stress fee buying. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a Mini.

In April, my wife and I were in St. Louis and decided just to stop in to see what was on the lot, as we were thinking of buying a new Mini Cooper S, convertible with a standard transmission to replace the one we bought in 2009. My family I and where moving back from the United Kingdom and Mark made contact with me after he knew we were interested in buying a mini. We were still about 14 days from moving back and he was remarkable in staying in contact and finding exactly what my wife liked. He went throughout the whole car inside and out and explained what everything was and what everything did. We have never had this kind of experience or customer service when buying a car. From the moment you walk in, you are treated as family. The entire team is looking for the best deal for you and there is no high pressure sales tactics.
