I have bought a lot of cars but my experience at Mini of St. Louis was the best ever. The showroom is clean and comfortable with food and beverages available to make your visit more comfortable. Our salesman Sam Hall was very helpful during the whole process but not aggressive like some sales people that you encounter he made the visit pleasant. I have received great service from Dan Wirick & the Mini Serv Dept. They recently repaired a Mini for me & I was in and out in 24 hours. Professional Service and they were reasonably priced.
The purchase process was completely different than the high-pressure techniques used by other dealers. My salesman was Dustin Summers. His only interest was to make sure I was getting the vehicle best suited to my needs. The price negotiation was open and fair... no sales manager calling the shots from a back room. Thumbs up!

I was able to get in on my schedule; Dave Joseph (service advisor) was pleasant and efficient; service was performed in reasonable time; waiting area is clean and comfortable. This is a first rate dealer in every respect with modern facilities and well run. I would challenge anyone to find better.
