This was the first pleasant experience I've ever had when purchasing a car. I'd prefer to go to the dentist for a root canal rather than buy a car! that's how much I dislike this process. However; as stated, the experience with Mini of St. Louis was great! Dustin was easy to work with and we didn't have to play that game with the sales manager and the finance people. Tina made the financing paperwork easy and they were able to establish the loan with my credit union. All in all, the best vehicle purchase experience...ever!

My car shopping at Mini of St.Louis was much different from many of the other dealerships that I visited because of their customer service. Everyone at the dealership is extremely friendly and helpful. Had a great overall experience.

I bought a used jetta from mini. Bill let me and my wife test drive it. Everything went very smoothly. They were very transparent. I did not feel pressured at all.

We recently purchased our first MINI; we live in Northern Michigan where there is little access to a wide selection. We found the perfect car at MINI of St. Louis, and bought it without ever seeing it in person.
