First auto I've ever purchased without actually seeing it. The car arrived in a condition exactly as described. Like new ! This was the John Cooper Works roadster I was looking for. Dealer helped me locate transporter for delivery to my home 360 miles away. No problems, no complaints.
Initially I came in for a 40,000 miles service for my leased 2015. After considering options for early lease termination, the next day the crew - Bill, Tina and Neil - arranged for me to do that and drive away in a new 2016 Countryman under a new service warranty and financial agreement. I came in to say goodbye to my dying Mini, and Mark and team made my transition as smooth as possible. I came in with my wants in mind, Mark showed me the matching cars, and was able to steer me to saving money with my choices. Left there with as big of a smile as my first purchase from years ago.
I came into Mini of St. Louis and thinking I was walking into the same old high pressure situation I have had at every car dealership.
