Bill was just amazing with my purchase. He is so knowledgeable about the cars, gave me great advice when asked and didn't make me feel pressured at all. He followed up, was prepared for my closing, worked with Tina to get my financing set up and gave me a grand tutorial on the car!
I bought a used '08 just a few weeks ago. I absolutely love my new car and I thank the staff at Mini St Louis so much for bringing us together. Kate and Neil were super helpful in finding me the perfect mini in my price range and with everything I wanted. It was a great experience and I will definitely go back for my next mini!
Kate Bryan was more helpful than any other sales person at any car dealership I've been to, and at my age that's saying something. I got a decent value for my trade-in and the financial process was painless. I got a new Clubman which was exactly what I wanted at the monthly payments I wanted.

Very smooth and enjoyable transaction. I did not get the usual high pressure sales pitch that you find at most dealers. I bought a nice used Hyundai and made a new teen age driver happy all in one stop.
Truly hassle and pressure free car buying experience. Test drove late one evening, no pressure to buy, or see the finance guy. Simply here is my card give me a call if you want to pursue buying the car. Filled out application on line, had just a couple of emails regarding the numbers which they did do some work to get us close to where we wanted to be. The next time I hit the lot drove off with our new Mini with significantly less time spent at the dealership than any other car buying experience
