I went to Mini to look for my first car to buy myself and I had to best experience. Sam Hall was the man helping me and he was so nice and informational and never pushy! I was afraid that he would be because a lot of care salesmen are but he was amazing and made me feel like a made the right decision and I love my car!
If I had not met Sam, I would not have bought my 2017 Cooper S- 2 door Hardtop! The greatest thing about Sam is that he is not one of those typical salesmen! I've been looking at Mini Cooper S for some time and finally got serious. My experience was wonderful. Everything from the test drive to the business office to the delivery was top notch. It is apparent that everyone at the dealership is engaged in the satisfaction of every customer. Neil, Sam, Kate and Bill made the experience fast, easy and fun. Oh yeah, and the car is AWESOME!
From the moment we walked in the door to when we drove off the lot, Neil and Bill treated us like family. This was without a doubt the best car buying experience we have ever had. I decided last minute to go into the Mini of St. Louis dealership one evening after the handle of my driver side door came off when I tried opening the door.
