Had to bring Molly in for a check up before the big rally this weekend. She passed with flying colors. new she would the boys at Mini always take good car of her. If it wasn't for Bill Harada, I would still be looking for a car to purchase. I visited many dealers prior to stopping by Mini of St. Louis in my search for a pre-owned Prius. Bill Harada is the first salesperson who really listened and worked on my behalf. He was personable, honest, and easy to work with. If you are looking for a car - new or used - I highly recommend you stop by and visit with Bill Harada. The other employees, Josh and Tina, were also friendly, but Bill is the real stand-out.
Finally had the courage to buy a new car and Mark was a HUGE help! The process was easy and smooth and I would surely recommend MINI of STL to anyone who is looking to get a new car or MINI.
Earlier this month my family purchased our first MINI. We worked with Mark Conn on the purchase and couldn't be happier with the new addition to our fleet! Mark was very easy to work with and we never felt pressured to "buy buy buy" as you do at so many other dealerships. Our new MINI has been super fun to drive and we'll defiantly consider going back to get another one in a few years.

Great place to buy a car. Everyone is so nice and not pushy at all. They make sure you find exactly what you are looking for and that you are satisfied. They sit down in your new car with you and show you everything about it. I just really enjoyed working with them on purchasing my new car.
I've just picked up our MINI convertible from a routine maintenance at MINI of St. Louis. We bought the car from them new in February of 2009. The service was good then and it's somehow only gotten better. Todd the service manager and Dave and Rick the service advisors are extremely knowledgeable, always helpful and just good guys to talk with.
