Worked with Bill Harada who I found very helpful, insightful and with an excellent sense of humor... He demonstrated empathy and patience with a couple who had different appreciation/needs regarding the purchase of the new MINI and were working to resolve their different needs. Brought my vehicle in for some maintenance. When I arrived I was greeted by Dave Joseph. Dave was very friendly. Dave explained that he was with another customer and requested that Rick D help me. Rick was available and just as nice and very helpful.

Sam Hall and Josh helped us purchase a vehicle. We drove in from 4 hours away for a specific used vehicle they had. Both helped answer our questions on the phone before we came. They allowed us to place a refundable deposit on the car so it wouldn't be sold when we were on our way. They had it ready for us when we showed up. When we asked if we could take it to a dealer for that brand, Sam gave us some names of other dealers (it was Black Friday and many were closed or booked). No pressure sales, everyone was very helpful. They take care you. Not a long drug out process , fast and easy. The dealership it's self is well taken care of. I would buy from them again.
