I assisted my significant other, Barbara, in the transaction where she traded in her 2007 MINI Cooper and leased a new MINI Cooper. The attention to service begins with people like Mary answering the phone and then continues with Rick or David in the Service Dept., the technicians working on your car, Carrie in billing to Aaron and Derek who wash, vacuum, and bring your car out to you when finished! Neil Westfall and Dustin Summers provided exceptional customer service. They were honest and fair in all our exchanges, and did exactly what they said they would - which included picking me up at the airport to close the deal! The car was exactly as promised, and they had a technician remove the tiny spot of tree sap that I spotted - without any resistance or complaint. I worked with Kate in the pre owned sales department and she took care of me every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable on the vehicle that I was purchasing and helpful with the entire process of making it happen as smooth as possible. My husband and I met Sam on Saturday and he helped us pick the car that is perfect for us. He has an amazing knowledge of cars in general but specifically the MINI.
