The last one was the favorite. Decided to take a day to think it over. Jeff was very helpful and so not pushy. Decided to purchase. Couldn’t have been easier. Would highly recommend this dealership. "Yoni took care of my maintenance appointment. Car came..." Yoni took care of my maintenance appointment. Car came out sparkling and runs so well. So appreciate the new wiper blades, it made a big difference driving home in the rain. Also battery in key fob is good peace of mind.

After I lost my favorite service manager at Annapolis Mini I returned to Mini of BAltimore County and had the good fortune of being paired Up with Yoni Baron. He has handled my regular services as well as a brake replacement under (extended) warranty and he is extremely helpful and friendly and very easy to work with. I highly recommend him and BCMini service department.

"The service in the Baltimore mini dealership was..." The service in the Baltimore mini dealership was remarkable compared to the service I received in the Annapolis mini dealership. I started with Annapolis but had to come over to Baltimore service to correct the problem.

"As always, Yoni and his team provided me great service..." As always, Yoni and his team provided me great service and inspection on my MINI. They found engine mount was broken during inspection. This was unexpected unfortunate expense to fix for me but they showed what is issue with video and explained in detail over the phone to make me clear. This experience was very good. I always appreciate their service.
