We live in Delaware but purchased our 2019 Mini Cooper Countryman from MINI of Baltimore County since we knew them to be an excellent dealer. Now, two years and 30,000 driven miles later, I still opt to drive 140 miles each way to have the car serviced at MINI of Baltimore County. In my work I do know automobile dealers and I know a good service tech when I see one. Yoni Baron knows the business and knows what customers need. The team has never disappointed. Pete

He was extra patient handling and explaining everything to me. I also particularly like the video they sent on the inspection done on my car. Talk about transparency! Now my car is running much better than it has in while.
