I came in to the BMW of Annapolis dealership for routine maintenance and was immediately greeted by Jeremy Miller. He was very friendly and welcoming. Jeremy was very upfront about the cost of maintenance and recommended a few other repairs during my visit. When speaking with him, I felt that my needs were being taken care of and he made my concerns his top priority. I would highly recommend BMW of Annapolis to others regarding maintenance and will continue to return to Jeremy Miller for assistance.
I highly recommend Bryan Mixon to anyone buying a new or used car. He is, by far, the best sales person that I have ever worked with. He is honest, polite and professional. Dan Rykiel spent half of a Saturday with us explaining the differences in the various types of BMW SUVs we were interested in and letting both my wife and I test drive each model. Once we decided on the model, Dan spent an addition 3 hours explaining all the options we could order and gave us a detailed pricing of the vehicle equiped with the various options. 1. Found the vehicle I wanted on their web site. 2. Was not harassed by the dealership after contacting their web site. 3. Made an appointment with Bryan Mixon to test drive the vehicle. 4. Upon arrival at the dealer ship, found it to be easy to get to, very clean and Bryan ready to take care of my needs. 5. I went to this dealer after my less then successful visit to another dealer, and right from walking in the door, I was greeted by one of the sales managers, who referred me to Ben. Ben was very, very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions effectively and easily. I am a very happy, extremely satisfied repeat customer of Dylan and Dave. Dylan is a great sales guy to work with, he is enthusiastic, knowledgeable and caring. Sean was the salesman when I bought my first MINI, a 2010 Clubman S.I loved the car, but when my wife fell and broke her femur, it became increasingly difficult for her to get in and out of the car.
