I was in the dealership to get some things fixed on my current BMW at the time which had many miles on it and Bing quickly pointed out some things that help me decide to look into something new(used) to me. He was very friendly and patient with me as I took a while to make a decision. He was also very good after the sale to help me with some questions I have regarding the vehicle. I would recommend Bing and this dealership to anyone looking for a BMW.
My wife and I purchased our second BMW selecting a 2010 BMW535i. We were very happy with the total experience. Our interaction at the dealer was not the typical negative experience that you expect when you are buying a car. Everyone from sales person Sean Peria to Sales Manager and Finance Manager, they were all very courteous and professional. We appreciated the positive experience and we love the car !

I am very happy with my purchase of the 2012 BMW 528I. My salesperson, Bing Chen, was very professional and patience with me during the whole process. The service at this dealership was great and the employees were very professional and friendly. Everyone in the dealership demonstrated good customer service skills and was courteous when it came to communicating with me.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful especially Sean and Richard who made the entire experience the exact opposite of what I have come to expect when buying a car. There were no long waits, no pushy sales pitches, no upselling. Not only will I remain a BMW customer but I am already recommending friends to go there as well.
