I thoroughly enjoyed working with Bing Chen and Annapolis BMW. This was the third dealership I had visited and they gave me a deal from which I couldn't walk away. Bing was very comfortable to talk to and work with and he's a wealth of knowledge. I purchased a new 3 series from BMW Annapolis and was impressed with not only their fleet but the people there were great in working with me to get the right vehicle. Expecially Bing Chen who does business as a car salesman should, show the product, believe in the product, educate the buyer about the product then let the customer come to a decision about the product. It was a great experience and we plan on referring friends and family to visit the dealership and will be purchasing our future BMW's from BMW Annapolis.
Brian was professional and down-to-earth friendly. He showed us everything we needed to know to drive our new BMW. He went above and beyond to assist us when we had trouble syncing our new car with our garage door opener (helping us on his day off). Great guy!
The entire sales staff was extremely courteous and professional lead by my salesperson, Bryan Mixon. He made the entire sales process easy and as pleasant as purchasing a car could possibly be. I would highly recommend this dealership.
