What a great and easy experience! I was looking to replace my totalled 335d. BMW of Annapolis had the car I wanted and I was able to negotiate almost the entire deal over the internet. Dave called me to firm it up. It was worth the 3 hour trip to Maryland! The car was exactly as described, and Bryan Mixon was a great help in the process. The best buying experience ever.

Great experience!! This is our 4th car purchased from Dylan - he's the best!!!! Dave is a wonderful GM, he's so fair and concerned for the customer and Richard in Finance shares his knowledge with you and gives you all the information you need to close the deal where you feel in control and you know you're getting a fiar deal. I highly recommend Dylan, he is extremely knowledgeable about the cars and he is very thorough. Dylan is an asset to BMW. Highly recommend!!!!
I do not enjoy buying cars. But this was the first time EVER that it was pleasant and even fun. Bryan Mixon was the perfect sales person for me. He was very knowledgeable about the products, but not pushy and didn't talk endlessly. He listened to me. I did homework on the price and the dealership was agreeable with the price I wanted to pay. Overall it is a great vehicle and a really pleasant (even fun) dealership.

I had a very good experience at BMW of Annapolis, they were very friendly and courteous and not agressive. Our sales person Bryan Mixon was great to work with we were able to get the price we wanted very quickly and after we had made the deal Bryan took the time to shop for better finance rate and got us a very competetive rate.I will definetly get my next car from him.
