Wonderful experience! We worked with Bryan and couldn't be happier. We drove in from out of state with a particular vehicle in mind. Bryan was very sensitive to what I was looking for and my needs. He was not aggressive and demonstrated to me that he was really listening. He was not pushy. I felt no pressure or being rushed to make a decision. I had checked several places for a vehicle. The extra driving distance was worth it. I walked the BMW parking lot when I dropped in after lunch last tuesday. I've been looking @ 2012 Z4 35is online and wanted to see one in person. Back behind the lot in the detail/wash area sat an artic white one, told those guys it was going to be mine. Meanwhile, a man approached me, (worked for Mini) said he would take me to the expert. The best car buying experience I ever had. Mr. Mixon was courteous and professional. He left us speechless - not only did he answer all of our questions fully and completely he went to the next step to make sure were were fully informed and satisfied with every part of our experience. Absolutely perfect customer service. This dealer presents exactly what buying a luxury vehicle should be, responsive, friendly, and fair. Dan Rykiel and Dave Mier are class acts, very honest, and get things done.
