I got the car I wanted at the price I was looking for. Mr Mixon was a great help and a pleasure to do business with. My questions were answered and a minor problem corrected immediately.
My experience at BMW of Annapolis was very good. The salesman Ron Martin was knowledgeable, professional and patient. Ron stayed late on a rainy Saturday evening to make sure he explained the basic operation of the vehicle. I received an email and text to check to see if everything was ok with my vehicle.
We purchased a new X5 from Bryan Mixon, he was very professional and customer service oriented. He informed us about their special offer of this month so we could save more money. Our order came faster than our expectation and he always updated us so we know that to expect. I had a very good experience with Annapolis BMW. I recommend Bryan Mixon if you are looking to get BMW.
I have bought two cars from Dylan within the last 4 years and every time has been an easy, straight forward, friendly transaction. Bryan Mixon went above and beyond to get the perfect BMW for my wife! He stayed after normal working hours (on a Saturday no less) to ensure that all my wife's questions were answered to her satisfaction. I approached Brian on a Friday 5 minutes before the dealership was supposed to close. He stayed a few minutes late and showed me a few cars I was interested in. That next day, I went back to the dealership and took the car I had my eyes on for a ride. Dealing with Brian was pleasant, there was no pressure to buy, and was the easiest car purchase I've made. A true sales professional, he continues to call and ensure everything is okay with the car.
I have purchased many cars in my lifetime and I don't think all the salespeople combined had half the automobile information as Dylan Rausch. He helped me choose the perfect car. I know I would not enjoy my car as much if I had bought from any body else. The other thing that was incredible is nobody was pushy I really felt like Dylan was an expert I could trust and he really let me do everything in my own time. From the moment I entered the doors, the guys were amazing. However, Bryan Mixon was instrumental in getting me financed--even though my credit history did not immediately qualify me.
